The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had a baby boy! “His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge” is now the third in line to the British throne, behind his grandfather, Prince Charles, and his father, Prince William. His uncle, Prince Harry, is now number four in the royal pecking order.
The new royal child was acknowledged last January in a Buckingham Palace press notice, when the Duke and Duchess confirmed they were expecting a baby in July. There never was a question if the Duchess’ morning sickness was due to a “blob of fetal tissue.” Rather, from that first announcement, the world anxiously awaited a human baby.
On the same day global news media camped outside St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, England awaiting the arrival of the new royal heir, more than 3,000 babies were aborted in America. They had no names, no waiting writers or pictures on Facebook.
