Super-Majority is Super-Bad for Californians

microphones27—That’s the minimum number of California State Senators needed to alter tax codes. And in the final days of May, twenty-seven Democratic California Senators, a two-thirds “super majority,” passed SB 323 to punish the Boy Scouts and other youth organizations by removing their tax-deductible, non-profit status unless they allow homosexual-bisexual-transsexual youth leaders or members (bill status).

This Democratic supermajority, in both houses of state government in Sacramento, is authoring a torrent of bad bills, harming our children and families with their torrid consequences. Here’s just two:

AB 154 permits nurse practitioners or midwives and physician assistants to tortuously dismember pre-born babies in the womb by suction abortions (bill status).

AB 1266 forces K-12 public schools to permit self identified transsexuals in restrooms, showers, clubs, and on sports teams of classmates other than their birth-gender (bill status) (existing sexual indoctrination laws).

These foolish and immoral decisions by California’s single-party, super-majority-controlled legislature are super bad for Californians. May God help us!
