Marriage’s Day In Court

marriage20132013 could be a year to turn the tide in the social challenge to natural marriage in our nation! The U.S. Supreme Court has announced it will take up California’s Proposition 8—as well as a case attempting to overturn the Federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).

This decision, to give marriage its “day in court,” is a strong signal that the top justices are concerned with the rogue rulings of far-left, activist courts. Marriage, the core institution of human civilization, is inanity understood as being between one man and one woman. Attempts to re-define it, by courts or copulating couples, are un-natural.

Oddly, even with same-sex unions now legal in several states, relatively few of the couples with same-sex attractions have actually “married.” It seems the majority of this minority grouping would rather seek to impose their radical same-sex marriage agenda on the entire country, than actually commit to monogamy themselves.
