ABC’s “Sleazy” Show

“Sleazy!” That’s what one parent advocacy group is calling one of ABC Television’s newest shows, which uses the “B” word in its provocative title, “Don’t Trust the B___ in Apartment 23.”

Melissa Henson of the Parents Television Council says the sitcom’s content “represents a new all-time low for broadcast TV.” Her advocacy group is rallying its members to take action and hold advertisers (AT&T and Volkswagen) accountable for sponsoring the show. “We feel it’s important that they know exactly what they are helping to pay for with their sponsorship dollars,” she says in referencing the hedonism, sexism, alcohol abuse, and the drug abuse that the creators promise in episodes to come.

ABC is owned by the Burbank based Walt Disney Company. Please let Disney know how you feel about the irresponsible sexual content now freely featured on what used to be known as the Family Channel.
