Abortion Injustice

The abortion industry, its supporters and the Obama administration are diligently working to ensure that government-sanctioned abortion-on-demand will be protected for a long time to come, through the new mandatory Health Care programs.

The president’s pro-abortion Supreme Court justice, Elena Kagan, was a part of the Health Care planning, as the former Solicitor General. With this conflict of interest, her impartiality on this subject can be reasonably questioned. The law states that a justice must also recuse herself if—while in a previous government service—she served as counsel or adviser on the case or expressed an opinion about its merits.

KTLW Programmer Bradley Mattes (from Life Issues Institute*) believes an Administration cover-up is in the making. He urges you to join with 49 House Representatives and contact the members of the House Judiciary Committee by email or phone (202-225-3951) to investigate contradictory statements by the Justice Department, and press for a full probe of Ms. Kagan’s involvement.
